Almost time for first pitch. Logue will take the mound for Kentucky and the Cats will try to take the series.

Beginning to wonder about Logue. Gets ahead of the first batter 0-2 and then gives him a fat pitch. Second batter gives up a 2-run HR. 3-0 cocks.

Got to hit the ball. Logue just not on today. 3-0. Make mistakes to the best hitters. Losing faith in Logue

When is the last Saturday game that we won? A&M? Check that, I think we won against Ole Miss and Vandy but lost every game since.

Pull the plug, this is starting to look like batting practice for them. I think we may want to consider moving Logue to Sunday.

Yep. Time to consider replacing him in my opinion. This could be the 4th loss in a row for him. Oddly enough though, we seem to be a different team altogether on Saturdays.

Why does he keep throwing fat hittable pitches with 0-2 and 1-2 counts? Driving me crazy

Seems like everything is right down the middle. Nothing up or in the dirt. Just working the left or right side of the middle.

Horrible outing for logue. He exits with bases loaded in bottom of 3rd and 2 outs. 4-0 south carolina. not sure who they're bringing in.

If, and that's a big if, who do you replace Logue with? Do you move Thompson to the weekend?

You have to begin to wonder if hitters are too nervous with Logue on the mound. They may be over thinking. For two weekends now we've scored over 10 runs on Friday and now we're still struggling for hits on Saturday. So, you have to wonder what effect it's having on our hitters and if Thompson would give them more confidence.

Every time I've watched Logue pitch, he has been inconsistent. It may be time to consider giving Thompson a chance in place of Logue. How many Saturday chances is he going to be given?

Hill has pretty much owned our hitters. Five so's and only two walks.

If what the announcers are saying is true, why isn't Pop at the USC hospital getting an MRI right now instead of standing around in the dugout?

Just a miserable day for UK. One hit after getting 20 yesterday. Fielding errors, bad pitching by Logue, and on and on. Let's hope we can get the rubber match on Sunday.

Remember, we can put up a big inning at any time. Maybe they were reading too many press clippings.

Last night, I wondered if that was USC playing rope-a-dope on us. So far we appear to be George Foreman in Zaire.

Mississippi State already lost today. If we come back, we'll be tied with them for the best record in the SEC. Heyer comes through with a hit.

Great, one pitch and they're out of the inning. Not looking good. We needed to make him work so he wouldn't come in tomorrow.

Disaster again. Runners on first in second after we (finally) get another hit, and a double play on the first pitch. Ugh.

If we don't win this game and lose tomorrow, it is going to be hard to hold the SEC East lead as Florida has Ole Miss at home and then @ Alabama. We then have to go there. That's a lot of pressure.

Have 3 outs to get at least 4, pretty tough starting in the lower half of the order.
