UCLA Loses at Home to Washington, Now 12-9

Having WCS in that 2014 title game would have helped tremendously when those guards beat ours off the dribble. Would we have won? There is no way to know but I personally think we would have had a much better chance. Then again the dude was a virtual no show against Notre Dame and Wisconsin last year. Still ticked he basically gave no effort in those games after he was stellar all year.
And that's what I meant, WCS was a complete no show during the 15 NCAA tournament.
I agree, he could have made a difference in the 14 title game but he wasn't the shot blocker then that he was for most of 14/15.

But my point is too many of our fans reach for excuses for losses. They find their peace by grabbing the best injured guy and tell everyone that his absence is the reason UK lost.

I agree, but I think fans of most teams do that, if you're a good program with lofty expectations. You expect to win and when you don't there must be a reason other than the other team just played better that day.
