Tyler Herro is not a good shooter

People thought he was better shooter than rex. Yet to be seen, where he finishes % wise, but rex shot 39% as a freshman in the first or 2nd year the 3 point line even existed. 40% career (2 seasons).

He’s a good all around player and not the deep range shooter that we all want him to be. Little frustrating

I'm not sure why anyone would argue this. He's a good player. He's had some great moments and will no doubt have more. He is SEVERELY overrated as a shooter. On the flip side, he has a much better overall game that many thought, but at this point, he's more of a volume shooter than an efficient one.

Wrong...Keldon hit half his shots today.

Again, when our starting 2 guard is the worst shooter in the game, we are not going to win many games.

Keldon should have taken the last shot...he has the stones to hit that shot.
Then why didn't he get open and take it?

Hero not a consistent shooter, Johnson is the best shooter on the team, you would think they would set some picks for Baker when he is in.

With 4.2 and full court to go you dont exactly get to choose who shoots . Tyler happened to move and get open .. Hagans gave to him with a tick to go .. he was forced to take that shot

Well, this is undoubtedly true, but unfortunately his inconsistency has leaned toward bad far more often than good.

He sure looked good against Louisville, but most games have been a very different story.

I notice you were MIA the last two games. Such an obvious troll.

I was traveling for the UNC game and in Vegas for the UL game - won great money on the UK game...good time.

And then there was a holiday or something...

Herro is back to what he is...not a good shooter. Kid should just take it to the hole and stop shooting 3's so often. He's not a good shooter. Plain and simple. Had one great game against UL...that's about it.

That situation no timeouts on the road you go for the win. We will never know with less than 3 seconds if he had the time to get to the rim, likely not.
He caught the ball at half court with 4 seconds. Plenty of time. In the end, they got a look at a 3 for the win, albeit a 25’ on the move by a guy who was 2-7 in the 2nd half.
