Yeah ya have to have a provider to sign into with espn plus alone... also, I'm fairly certain my espn + subscription wasn't near 11 per month. Maybe with a bundle of hulu espn and disney.

I have the sec network with my YouTube tv sub.

But I could not find a way to stream sec+
What did I miss and where?
It's been explained a bunch of times.

You can't watch it with the YouTubeTV app.

You have to open the ESPN app (free app) and login with your YouTube TV login. Then you can watch the game in the ESPN app.

If you have YouTube TV, then you do not need to purchase the ESPN+ account. If you get to a point where it's telling you to do that, go back and carefully try again, paying attention to all the prompts.

No you can't. You can only do that if you also have the Hulu/Disney bundle added to your Verizon account. You can't just watch it if you only have Verizon alone.

Yea. I did all that, but when I get to the espn app I don’t see an sec+ option. I’ll try again. Thanks.

If it’s a smart tv, scroll down until you see a list of different conferences to click on. Scroll over to sec and click it. You’ll find the game there

Someone should have a stream on YouTube. Check closer to game time. They likely won't launch a stream too early and risk getting it shutdown. That is how I watched the Arkansas/Lipscomb game. I have Directv but couldn't find it. Don't have ESPN+.

Once again, if you pay for the ESPN/SEC on another platform - in your case possibly DirectTV - then you don't need ESPN+. But you do need to watch it using the ESPN app and your TV provider (DirectTV) login information that you validate the ESPN app with.

I honestly can't figure out how to put it more plainly, but it doesn't get through. It's too bad people are paying for ESPN+ to try to get the game when that doesn't get it.

You don't need to get snarky, I know how it works and didn't ask you to explain anything. Some games still require a subscription, not every game is included without the ESPN+ subscription even when you sign in through your provider. Usually this only applies to a select few smaller games. This one wasn't available. I managed to watch the exhibition games just fine as I have for years with Watch ESPN. I found a way that worked for the Arkansas game and posted to help another member how i watched it. Not talking down to them.

I'm not being snarky and apologize if it came across that way. I'm just trying to be very plain because so many people continue to not understand how it works. .

But, NONE of the games are available on ESPN+. It may look that way because of the way they organize the app, but if you only have ESPN+, you can't watch our games. And you don't need ESPN+ in addition to a different ESPN subscription to watch them either. You likely just missed it or they listed it confusingly which they do so they can trick people into subscribing.

I get what you're referring to. Usually multiple options to a Spanish feed on some, a Stream for ESPN+, then a regular stream to view games through your provider. Either my app had a glitch or something last night. I can usually always access all of the games I want easily. I used YouTube last night and will try again this weekend with Watch ESPN. Should be fine by then.
