LOL, Purdue loses at home to Ohio state, then eek out a win at home over Indiana and they move up to #7 in the country.
We win at Tennessee and lose to Arkansas and fall.

LOL, Awesome.

They are trying their best to get other teams outside the SEC some headlines about their conference the tournament. Upsets will be plentiful this year.

I think the fact we are playing without our two point guards is impacting our current ranking. We will more than likely be hugely under seeded in the tourney if we are healthy.

Fingers crossed we are healthy for a March run.

I think we take another loss at Ole Miss . tonight. They have a good team and you know they will be up playing UK tonight.

Well, if CMP plays his best players 35mpg, we have a shot.
You absolutely cannot do what he keeps doing, which is play Chandler, Perry and Garrison extended minutes. They are all big net negative players.
Heck, he subs out 3 of our best players before the first timeout. Why? That makes no sense, they haven't even broken a sweat yet.
If Pope rolls with our best 5, or 6, we have a shot, if he gives the bench guys 15+ minutes, we lose.

When we're already shorthanded we can't play the best five players 35 mpg, especially when at least one of them is playing out of position at PG. Jaxson got 34 minutes against Arkansas and was absolutely gassed at the 4 minute mark of the second half. I know it's a talking point Cal was often mocked about, but "they aren't robots" has some truth to it. They need some rest and breathers.

Garrison only got 14 minutes against Arkansas. That's not a crazy amount of time. We have nine guys healthy. If you don't want to give Chandler, Perry, or Garrison extended minutes that leaves us with an injured Carr and Noah. At the time being we simply need to give a few bench pieces 10-15 minutes a game and hope they perform. 35 minutes a game for our best lineup for the next 10+ games is a recipe for more injuries or burnout come March.
