If Jasper was okay playing with Lewis, I don't get why this would affect anything. That's the worry about adding guys now though. If Oweh was certainly coming back I'd be happy with the roster as is, but I think in these situations you should recruit as if the player is gone.

This feels intentional, like maybe he read a few things or something and wanted to put something out there.
People scared for no reason have circled jerked into being concerned he could leave. When we were in on Wilkerson or any number of others there was no talk. But then Lewis left so the traumatized portion of the base think Jasper could do the same thing. It’s bogus to even discuss. I don’t know who saw th e tweet Saturday from lewis dad but it indicated uk had a big part of moving lewis out. No one has talked about it on here. Jasper isn’t going anywhere they said the same about moreno. These guys are not likely oads
The only one who put it out there are nervous fans. Just go out mark and get the best players. Literally every player on the roster for next year has been rumored to leave if x comes in. It’s no one putting it out there and we should put it to rest.

Trilly also confirmed it in his discord even if he wasn't the one who originally posted it.
Plus Aberdeen's HS coach did an interview today where he basically confirmed that Pope is talking to him.

Now idk if he actually comes here, but it's not a made-up story.

It wouldn't surprise me at all if Pope has someone on the radar that none of us are even expecting at this point and all the names that are out there are one big giant smoke screen.
I think that we contact a lot of players and then Pope singles guys out through the interview process to feel their vibe. We might be waiting for a guy who isn’t in the portal yet.
Give Noah and Chandler another summer and they will show improvements. Heck Chandler shot around 50% the final 10 games of the season from 3.
Aberdeen's per 25 minute scoring is about 10 points per game. By contrast, Jaxson Robinson's was 11.6 points per 25 minutes. Kobe Brea's was 10.4 points per 25 minutes.
Aberdeen is 9.8 points per 25 minutes.

But a much better defender and playmaker for others.
And Aberdeen/Griffen better defenders than Brea/Robinson. It’s probably a little closer to a wash than some others suggested.
I’ll gladly take either but prefer Griffen.
The tweet from the middle of this thread from “Wildcat” absolutely got deleted and I never questioned any Aberdeen info, I took issue with someone starting the “Jasper leaving” bs based on a rando in a Trilly chat.

Your cynicism is justified, and to be sure, if you have that frame of mind you'll be right most of the time. But it can't possibly be true there are never any insiders. The guy who started the Aberdeen to Kentucky thing last night pretty clearly knew someone close to Aberdeen himself. So in this instance, clearly there were a handful of people, not around any particular school, but around the kid himself who knew over the weekend what he was going to do. One of them just happened to blab about it on a board. And he turned out to be right.
Who says he doesn't start? Lowe, Aberdeen, and Oweh can play 1,2,3. This helps bring Jasper along slowly at whichever backcourt position they prefer.
We now have guards who can attack the basket which will create more openings from forced defensive rotations. Even though the numbers don't indicate it, I think our 3% will be just as good.
It doesn't devalue something he paid for. He got the information before a lot of people did, that is why he PAID for it. Now it devalues the site because he is leaking paid information that others won't have to pay for. As far as the poster himself, how does it devalue him ? Unless you are saying he gets to be in a "secret club" and not share it ???? To me, that has no value either, just a over inflated ego if people THINK that way. Now if the site has an issue sharing pay info, that is a issue, but just sharing info he paid for is actually a pretty nice gesture as long as the site doesn't have a "no share" policy. Which to me is petty for the site to do that. or GREED is the better word for the sites reasoning. My opinion, once I pay for something, it is now mine and I can do what I wish with it. JMO.
