There are going to be some combinations Pope can come up with that will be awesome, a player like that would definitely be at the top of the list. Right DNA and mind, attitude, everything.

The NCAA really needs to prevent portal movement until the season is over. If they wait until the second week of April, that still gives players 60 to 70 days to transfer, which is more than enough time.
He isnt a guy UK would go after, but Troy's best player Tayton Conerway has entered the portal. He had a decent game against us 12, 4,4 on 5-12 shooting.

My only minor complaint would be what if you take Thomas and Braden smith ends up entering?
I would like to add Alvaro Folgueiras Sophomore from Robert Morriswith Bailey. That’s 2 stretch 4 that can rotate to center. Get a true center allows Moreno to develope. Center I would say Owen Freeman or Cuff

For sure, I almost think you take the risk and see what smith does. I wouldn’t take any player right now expect the center gwath because bigs are harder to find

Agree. He doesn't really fit. His last year he's gonna want to get minutes. Hes not getting 20-25 mins here. 14-16 more like it. I only mentioned him because of familiarity
Nope, no thanks. I watched almost every IU game. Dude plays no defense, gets lost and disappears in big games. Now some of that could be Woodson’s terrible system and his nail slot rim defense that nobody on the team was suited for nor understood. He’s got talent but it would have to be for the right price. Not saying a new place wouldn’t bring out his best.

I seen someone post a thing from 2002 I believe where 43% of portal players won’t even play D1 the next year. Definitely have to be picky with who you select. I bet most coaches have an idea who they already are gone get or target.

I know I couldn't do it, but principles are different these days. Which I get because of the great amount of money available to these players. I was always taught if you start something you finish it. Different times.

I know but a lot of schools can pay. Find a situation that’s right and accept the really high pay you will probably get. I think they cost themselves money by constantly moving into new systems.
I can't keep up with all of the transfer portal rumors. There's so much talent moving around and the season is still going. I'm just going to have to wait for the Boom tweets and the en research who we get lol
