I don’t get the SEC pounding of the chest from some folks. I’ll never root for UT.
I can think of no particular reason whatsoever to want Tennessee to win this game. I am pro-SEC in bowls in general, but not when Tennessee is involved.
With that said, this true freshman looks very good at them at quarterback. Unlike the opposing freshman last year playing Iowa in a bowl, he definitely doesn't look overwhelmed at all.

And that's the issue. UT and other more historically successful sec teams have deeper NIL pockets and always will.
Impressed UK has been able to grab the good prospects they have via transfer portal despite the disadvantages. Depth is the issue though.

I’m more surprised that Stoops gets good players because he and his staff’s coaching has been horrendous they last 2 years.

I’m very surprised by that too 1988 because when House was at Kentucky he had a mean as hell and great defense and I thought that type of philosophy would carry over to us. We have the talent on D but something is definitely off with that side of the ball 🍺

Trying to watch some of the LSU -Wisconsin game too. The announcers are in love with Wisconsin, LSU has the worst defense I’ve seen from them in years. Wisconsin better thank their lucky stars Daniels isn’t playing.
