I'm pretty sure they have to stick with it now (there is a certain window up to an hour before the game for slides) since this is in a different arena than Duke. And they don't want to go super late on CBS b/c of 60 Minutes. Duke/Baylor just started the second half, so baring an epic Baylor comeback (not happening) it should be fine.
