I just checked Vivid and you can get in the football game today for $10. The cheapest ticket for the UK Women's basketball game against UofL in Memorial is $49.

Yes, this may have been the case even if the football team was good this year. This is the best UK women's team since the Elite Eight team Mitchell had with Adia Mathies. It will be interesting to see how they do against UofL. I'm going to stream that one while watching football. Not a whole lot in the afternoon time slot today anyway.

Not surprised, classic supply and demand economics at work. My wife is from Louisiana and is a big LSU fan. She really wanted to go to the UK-LSU women’s BB game in late February. Got them through a third-party broker for a little over $100 each.

I’ve mentioned in a couple other threads that I gave away my tickets to todays game. Seriously thought about just eating them outright but found somebody who was willing to go.

I will be snow birding in FL for the winter so looking for a way to watch some UK sports, the only thing I found was Womens hoops against the Gators. It looks like all seats at the O Dome are general admission for $8 ea, hoping that's right.

They will be free at the game. People will be giving them away. Gonna be an extremely light crowd.

I went to a game jokers last year against Kent State with no ticket and just hoping to find one. First guy I talked to wanted $80 a piece. I pointed out the game wasn’t even close to being sold out and I could go to the ticket office and get cheaper tickets. He just went ‘won’t find a better deal than this!’

I ended up getting 4 of us in for $30

I knew this feeling was going to hit me today.

I feel really really bad right now my guys. I just couldn’t bring myself to do it today. I wouldn’t dare list the things I have missed, (especially this season)indulging my fandom to Kentucky Football, to save myself from getting blasted as an asshole on this forum. Funerals , family events, etc.

Feel like I’m giving up on them but damn. This shit has hurt this season. I admit even in my older age it doesn’t hurt as bad. But seeing what we could be and what we are now after thousands of dollars spent on rv’s, hotels, tickets, food etc. Walking in there screaming my head off and for what?

Just couldn’t and wouldn’t do it today. I’ll be locked in by a tv raising hell and cheering into the night. Hopefully I can be up for Louisville. Love my Cats but just had t say no today. 😢😢😢

I gave away my tickets to a neighbor to take his kid. Expecting a fairly light crowd today as interest in the football program is in the toilet.
