Thoughts on doing away with NCAA and implementing binding 2-year contracts for athletes?

* NCAA be "taken out of the equation"
* Letters Of Intent be removed
* salary cap on NIL
* make the athletes sign binding 2-year contracts be implemented
NOTE: I think the NBA and other pro leagues should not be allowed to buy or tamper with the contracts, and only be able to draft someone who isn't currently under contract

The NCAA simply takes way too long for investigations, doesn't adequately punish those in violation, and the NBA isn't interested in forcing athletes to stay in college/university for two years.

I think a players cap on nil would be illegal
