It seems at times our Cats look great, It's at the first sign of one thing going wrong , it all goes wrong! We need someone, anyone with some experience as a coach that these kids can look to as a steady hand. Our entire staff has 0 experience. Let's try a hire at any coordinator vacancy that might occure, that these kids can look to for re assurance!! A little "been there, done that'' can go a long way when ish hits the fan!! Just a thought.
