This 2022 UK defense is going to chew up & spit out every offense we face till Georgia

Except for Youngstown St, I've seen some of the rest of UK's opponents first 2 games of this season. And I'm not worried, at all, for any of them to put up more than 24 on us.

Not to say our O might struggle, & have a multiple TO night, & we lose. Probably will happen a game or 2. But we ain't losing any, outside of Georgia, because of tjis D being lit up.

They are such a joy to watch, excellent at all 3 levels, and depth in rotation. If they didn't already know, the rest of CFB is finding out why Brian Kelly's 1st call to be his LSU DC was Brad White.

Tennessee and Miss St both have solid passing games that will test UK. Ole Miss is well coached offensively too. If Cats can win 2 of those 3 games I would gladly take it.

This is probably the best LB unit I can ever remember at UK and I go back early 80’s.

I’d be concerned about an opposing QB that can throw a good deep ball, because Florida had lots of opportunities that Richardson overthrew by a mile.

In years past, the mistakes we made last night on Special Teams especially, would have cost us the game. Last night they made us sweat it out a little longer, but in reality they just caused us not to double up Florida on the scoreboard.

Looking like we can only afford one SEC loss before UGA. If we can pull off that upset we win the East via head to head tie breaker. What a game and atmosphere that will be on 11/19 if that’s the case. I say College Gameday would even make is way to Lexington for that.

Definitely since the late 90s when I started following more closely. Our young backups would be thrown to the wolves and start on most of our teams historically.

We'd have 3 guys make the all freshman team and expect them to take the next step the following season... nope. We were just playing freshmen in positions that other teams didn't. They'd rack up stats but other teams had those guys getting better and bigger.

Yeah let's see how they look in Oxford and Knoxville first. Tn humiliated our defense last season in Lexington. I hope the guys play better.
