Things that have happened since the last time Kansas beat Kentucky

Isn't it sad, you "might" win after we've owned you like the b+++ch you are for years and years, and after we pimp smacked your choke artist school around last year; lost all of our players and reloaded.

Get ready. If history is an indication we're gonna eat your children.

I'm laughing to the bank right now.

Yes, if the 1970s are any indication, you will beat us.

It has been 3235 days since Kansas beat Kentucky in basketball. That was in the 2007 NCAA tourney (thanks Tubby, without you this list would go back to 1989 and be even more hilarious)

But since that fateful day, that probably indirectly led to Cal's dominant tenure at UK, let's take a look at the events that have transpired:

-The federal minimum wage increased from $5.15

- The federal debt blossomed from a measly 8 trillion dollars

-Peyton Manning actually won a Super Bowl

-Brett Favre retired

-Brett Favre retired, again

-Brett Favre retired, for good

- Ben Howland managed to go from college basketball royalty to utter irrelevance in the poophole of America

- George W Bush said goodbye to the White House, chuckled like a maniac on his way out

-Barack Obama said hello to the White House, chuckled like a maniac on his way in

- Bill Self bought at least 6 hair pieces

- No fewer than 22 whores went through Minardi Hall

- Kansas won 8 Big 12 titles

-Kansas fans argued 7 years that Big 12 titles were more important than tournament success (see what I did there?)

- Most significantly, Kentucky went unbeaten versus KU, went to 4 final fours, and won, by far, the most college basketball games.

Now before you get smarmy, Kansas fans, remember:

22>6
8>3

I'm gonna go ahead and drop the mic.

**To be fair it wouldn't go back to 1989!!!

UK's previous loss before the '07 Tournament to KU was on Jan. 9th, 2005 @ Rupp - http://espn.go.com/ncb/recap?gameId=250090096

O.k., even there I was wrong....Jan. 7th, '06 - @ AFH was: http://espn.go.com/ncb/recap?gameId=260072305

Seems like they actually won three in a row back then.

Do they generally pit the same two teams against eachother two years in a row? I honestly don't know and don't care enough to look it up.

**Yes, they do.

At least the top teams.

I think you should expect to see KU @ UK, LSU @ OU & A&M @ ISU next season.

That 76 - 43 Drubbing on a neutral court must have been very humiliating for you Kansas Fans along with that loss to UK in the NCAA Championship game in 2012 [winking]

**Not much different than the 73-46 win for KU in '06 or the 150-95 win in '89. Oh, wait....55 pt. differential is more than 33.

I see. You can dismiss Tubby's 0-3 vs Kansas, but we can't dismiss Ted Owens' 1-11. (We never played Billy G, but we know what would've happened had we gotten 12 cracks at him)

Kentucky vs. Kansas, post-Ted Owens (1983-84 thru 2014-15)
*UK leads series 8-5, includes Tubby Smith era
*UK leads series 6-2, Tubby Smith era excluded

[winking]

The last time Kansas beat us, UNC was considered a clean program.

Talk about time changing the perception of things.

I think 22-6 speaks for itself with a large majority of Kentucky's wins over the chokehawks by double digits ,but if you want to hang your hat on one win by a ranked Kansas team over an unranked probation depleted UK team withahard headed coach who refused to make adjustments, well then keep pretending your team is better,LMAO

Who dismissed anything? Overall Kentucky is 22-6 vs Kansas, enough said,I was referring to current Coaches though.

Meh. Historically, Sagarin has put the gap between #1 Kentucky and #3 Kansas at -2.5 per game. That's barely a blip. Over a 30 game schedule of -2.5 point spreads on a neutral, the expected win/loss is probably 17-13 or something.

So you're saying that your actual record of 6-22 against us historically and statistically proves you guys are choke artists?

What a Moron,THE ACTUAL RECORD is UK 22- KU 6 and nothing you try to pull out your ass can change that LOSER

Poythress will have 2 fouls by the first TV timeout, you can book it, he could be guarding air and get 2 quick fouls on the road, its part of the "script".

It's quite possible. We might just have a mental block when we see you, like you have when you see UNC. (Or it could just be random sequencing that doesn't mean much)

Like the mental block you have against mid majors in the first weekend of the tournament? Does that mean much to you?

UK has had problems with UNC in the past, but in the last 20 years, we actually lead that series 8-7.

You all have had... uh... a few difficulties (LOL) with us in the past. In the last 20 years, though, you've improved your winning percentage in our series to 37.5

Congratulations.

Two year block of Bucknell & Bradley then led to Elite 8 loss to UCLA in the West Region in San Jose, CA in '07 & the Championship in '08.

Don't get that same warm fuzzy feeling that they'll be getting to the Elite 8 this year and winning it all in '17 though in the same way after their losses to Stanford & Wichita State the last 2 years. Actually had that thought that it might be possible as recently as 2 1/2 - 3 weeks back though.

This is why I hate stat geeks and non athletes that get on sports boards. Only in sports do amateurs think they can be some kind of expert without ever knowing and understanding how the actual game is played because they read an article on numbers. . I guess I could read some statistics on brain surgery and tell brain surgeons how to conduct their work.

Your nunbers mean ZERO WE OWN YOUR ASS.

deal with it on your own board where they will listen to this "but Sagarin said its been close" nonsense. 6-22, with our last title coming thanks to you.

GTFO.
