Things I hate

I think Nashville is the most overrated city in America. Memphis is accurately presented, probably the worst drivers in America live there. Never spent time in Knoxville.

Screw Tennessee!
Nashville was really fun 20 years ago. It sucks now..... Unless you enjoy 15 dollar beers, penis balloons on your head, Mosh pit crowds and 400 dollar a night hotels.

I'm a Nashville native. I live in Kentucky now. Happily so. Nashville used to be a great place a long time ago. At least for me. But that was a long time ago. Totally changed now.

Tennessee is a football state. Always has been, always will be. Football is the king for them. Basketball ... they've always wanted to be elite.

But they aren't. Even their best teams aren't. They've had ... two elite eight appearances ?!?!?? That's as elite as it gets for them, and that's respectable. Reminds me of that first time they made the elite eight in 2010.

My Tennessee friend excitedly called me that year to share in his utter JOY at FINALLY making an elite eight! He was totally giddy, said he never experienced anything like it, how exciting it was, and was curious as to how many elite eight games Kentucky played in.

We made the elite eight that year, but I was rather calm about it and simply said " I *think* 32 or 33 now? I've lost count." Perry was astounded. Silence ensued on the other end of the line.... "Damn brother, he said. That's crazy."

:)

But yeah, Tennessee pretty much sucks everywhere these days. Good for them they got Barnes to keep things spicy for us. I'd rather them not go back to the Ray Mears era where they had to get a player riding a unicycle to lead the team out before the game.

Not a good look

They are a football state but have not won a championship for 27 years.

That’s what I hate the most. They act like they are a football powerhouse and they are not. Now I do agree that they are light years ahead of UK in football and I hate that.

UT has two consensus NCs: 1951 and 1998. If their men's bb team whipped off 8 NCs in a row, it still wouldn't register.

Whataburger orange. Esp with those clown stripe pants

Either way much better than austin orange. Cats go from one orange tonight to a much more repulsive orange on Saturday

I generally like Matt, but he is very passive aggressive with his political views. I understand why he dislikes Trump, I really do, but Matt thinks that Biden was a good president too.
i do not agree with matt about politics, but that is not even the point.
i cannot stand to listen to his arrogant, condescending talk to us especially about politics.
i love to tune in to get news about program. unfortunately that has become a small percentage of the show.
do not remember when was the last time i listened to a whole show

I like how he gave an abbreviated summary of the issues that are ongoing but gave a strawman version of it, as if the public didn’t vote overwhelmingly in favor of the guy to specifically do the very thing he is now doing. People were tired of the status quo and the public has rightly become more and more suspicious of politicians. That’s why there were plenty of people on the “left” and the “right” who were ready to vote for someone who they may or may not even like.

Love or hate the president, the guy does what he said he was going to do letter by letter and line by line. Matt isn’t used to someone doing what they said they would do when they get in office. I wasn’t offended by Matt’s opinion but I do think it’s ridiculous how simple he makes things sound, when they are much more complex. He created an 8-bit theoretical Trump and then stuck it to all the dummies who support Trump “no matter what.”

Thinking the executive branch having government inefficiencies and fraud be reviewed is the furthest thing from a violation of the balance of powers.
