These are all the teams with a better winning % than Kentucky since 2020.

UK fans would not have accepted the six years leading up to the championships. They would have wanted Jay Wright out of Kentucky. Now, some UK fans actually want Jay Wright.
What do you mean??? Pretty sure our last six years were much worse than those six, and Cal is still here.

Also, it'd be one thing if there was progress (like UConn from 2011-2015)... But there isn't.

It's regression and showing no signs of changing.

How are our last 6 years worse than those before winning nova won the tourney?

Right. Minor details make a big difference. A first round loss followed by a second round loss. Things are looking up

Gold Standard starts after the first 100 teams😭

But hey, let’s give him one more season with freshmen who will drop at least 12 games🙃

When you add into this our recruiting classes…..

🤮🤮🤮
From 2010 (the farthest back I could find listings via 247) - 2022, Cal's classes have been ranked #5 twice (2022 and 2010) and the remaining eleven years they were either #1 or #2. Nova on the other hand has had six classes ranked in the top 25 in those thirteen years (#22 in 2010 and 2011, #9 in 2018, #5 in 2019, #23 in 2021 and #19 in 2022)

Interesting. This account was formed on April 4, 2012. Right after we won the title. And zero posts until last month. Now he's posting several times a day pumping Cal up like a Rose Bowl Parade float. I guess we need to add "sleeper account" to the alt mod saga, @Gromcat?

I've been on RR since 2007, when everything started unfolding with Tubby and the coaching search that followed. I was originally "Seven_Banners" and didn't realize you could change the name on your account without getting a new account. Thus, I changed to Eight_Banners right after winning the championship.

Jay wright wasn’t the highest paid coach either.

So since we are looking at finishes, keep in mind we were a 5 seed vs St. Peters, and a 6 seed vs Kansas St.

Those seeds aren't getting you to many final fours.

What was Villanova seeded on the title runs? 1 and 2 seeds for their '16 and '18 titles.

Seeding matters which means every game matters which means every win matters. Someone tell Cal our expectations are not too high. We're not running around talking about 'we eat first' 'Gold standard' 'dropping the mic'.

You better be ready if you are going to talk smack because smack talks back when you underachieve.

So you haven’t posted in eleven years, Mr. Van Winkle?

So you haven’t posted in eleven years, Mr. Van Winkle?
I don't really keep track of my posts. My history says I've posted inconsistently since 2015, around the Wisconsin game.

I read things here a lot more than I post. It's the nonsense from you and and Mike-McD that remind me why I don't post.

Imagine Georgia football going 6-6 for three straight years.
If Kirby had three straight 6-6 seasons after winning back to back natties right before that, he would be fired. Absolutely no reason Cal should still be yalls head coach. Recruits be damned.
