He does not bring in strong personalities nor does he empower the guys he does bring in.
Calipari brings in guys who will do what they’re told. He’s a megalomaniac narcissist people good grief. As loud as Calipari is about his and narcissism you’d think it wouldn’t pass so many.
This is what ( in my field of work) we say NP disorder looks like. You end up with bad relationships, bad job performance, hated by all, yet you keep running around like you’ve got it all figured out. Calipari has CLEAR signs of NPD. Clear.
And with some suffering NPD comes a type of delusion. Calipari has created a world where he’s the saint of the world helping kids when in fact all of this is for himself. Look at Wagner and Edwards for example. He killed their draft stock but in his delusional world it was actually making him look good for future recruiting because he was playing them.
not to internet diagnose anyone im just telling ya’ll this is what it looks like. Clinical narcissism, NPD. People throw the terms around but anyone who has studied NPD knows Calipari projects all the signs. Calipari also projects signs of something else but it’s already irresponsible of me to go as far as I have in my opinion.
