Vanderbilt; Knox; perhaps Diallo at times with his 6’10” reach (if he returns). Three elite athletes with tremendous upside and length. Not to mention a pair of stretch fours who can play the 3 in a pinch (Gabriel and Washington). The matchup advantages will be limitless (throw in Bamba and the matchup advantages go off-the-charts). Duke and Kansas were playing with momentum from their small forward successes, and it enabled both schools to go on a stretch run of landing elite wing forwards. Now Cal has a chance to show that he too can dominate that position just like he’s dominated every other position.

It’s a beautiful thing to behold. Don’t count out Reddish in the next class. The tide just turned when it comes to elite small forwards and Kentucky basketball.
