They can't win only scoring in the 20s. It's very rare for a Riley team to win 27-24 or something like that. They just never have a defense that's capable of keeping a good team from scoring 30.
Bama doesn’t have a chance. We should all be elated if bama got in though. Very odd comment on this board.Damn them for opening the door for Bama or Ohio
Worse than Utah did?If they'd made the CFP, Georgia would have exposed them bad.
I guess OSU is in now. If TCU loses, does Bama with 2 losses get in over them? TN beat Bama but they don't jump them in the ratings? Crazy.
Then OSU would move to 3 and face Michigan again. If they'd made the CFP, Georgia would have exposed them bad.

Yep. can’t wait to see USC & Riley go on the road in the B1G in November with a pass heavy….no defense team. Not going to be sustainable. UCLA will be even worse.Because those type teams are soft, always have been. Just look at OU under Riley, now he has carried it to USC. They would be pressed get t ING to a bowl playing Big10 or Sec.
We'll eventually see this play out at TN too.Because those type teams are soft, always have been. Just look at OU under Riley, now he has carried it to USC. They would be pressed get t ING to a bowl playing Big10 or Sec.
Lose twice to the same team (second worse than the first) and you don’t go to the playoff, unless the team that beat you is in the playoff. I fell asleep at the end of the third quarter. Utah must have rolled them in the fourth. OSU is in. Thankful that South Caroline beat Clemson or Clemson would be in. UGH!!!Worse than Utah did?

Ugly.
Enjoy the money boys because PAC12 transplants ain’t winning s#ite!
GBB!
I did read an article that said when a team has to travel across more than 1 time zone the chance of winning drops like 30%. Hard to believe jet lag is that powerful but said Vegas lines account for this phenomenon. Could explain it???I won't argue, because this may well prove to be true . . . . but the funny thing is that the PAC 12 used to own the B10 in the Rose Bowl, won 80% of the time, pulled a lot of upsets, but while that is no longer absolutely true, I just looked it up and the last 12 meetings in the Rose Bowl between a PAC 12 team and a B10 team . . . PAC 12 leads 8-4. Could be because the B10 almost always has its best team in the CFP, and the PAC 12 gets left out, but still, 8-4 in favor of the Left Coast.
Also have to remember that Rose Bowlnis generally played in perfect weather. That won't be the case in November and December when USC and UCLA go on the road.I won't argue, because this may well prove to be true . . . . but the funny thing is that the PAC 12 used to own the B10 in the Rose Bowl, won 80% of the time, pulled a lot of upsets, but while that is no longer absolutely true, I just looked it up and the last 12 meetings in the Rose Bowl between a PAC 12 team and a B10 team . . . It’s basically the same model UGA uses. They just have much more talent across the board to make it effective at a championship level.Stoops has the right model. Saban went away from it because he has the bodies on defense to play fast or slow. Big time football is always won up front.
The only problem with always managing the number of plays in every game it makes some games closer than they need to be. When the offense gets in a rhythm offensive he needs to sit back and enjoy the ride.

Piss on Bama, I remember several years ago I was at an SEC tournament and every Bama fan around us was openly rooting against usBama doesn’t have a chance. We should all be elated if bama got in though. Very odd comment on this board.

Take it as a compliment. But I prefer their football fanbase to any in the sec. I’ve been witness to them allPiss on Bama, I remember several years ago I was at an SEC tournament and every Bama fan around us was openly rooting against us
