If my mom's side of the family had of had that costume, we would have had that happen to us about 50 years ago.

I was talking to someone about this today and the one with a little boy and the Christmas tree was supposedly near her and that guy is a hire a Grinch. It looked like the one in the first video was family but I don't have any proof of that. That also looks like the same region of the country.

When my niece was little my brother had a couple come over on Christmas Eve dressed up as Santa and Mrs Claus. She was about to turn 4. She was super excited until she sat on Santa’s lap. He went ‘I heard you’ve been a good girl this year, and always help out with cleaning up…’ and what not. The type of stuff a little kid like that would tell Santa. At that point she BURST into tears. When I asked what was wrong she went ‘how does he know so much about me?!’
The thing i keep going back to is, who played the grinch? Clearly the dad (?) in red was in on it, and probably orchestrated the prank. Some other adult is video taping (mom maybe?).. so I'm going to guess some other guy is in the Grinch costume.. and he's absolutely eating these little 8-year old haymakers from that hellspawn. He probably came back later and was like "Jesus Bill, I'm freaking bleeding from your kid's nails!". The guy must have been totally floored that instead of the kids crying, they tried to take his head off lol. And he still grabs the presents, right in their crying faces. All time great video lolol.
