The best pure scorer at Kentucky from the sg spot was the Goose..

Jack Goose Givens to me was the best pure scorer that I watched play the two guard spot at Kentucky.

Umm, except that Goose did NOT play "the two guard spot at Kentucky." He was purely a forward here. I wonder if some of you knuckleheads actually watched the players you say you watched.

Yes, how could a true Cat fan think Goose played a guard position?

How is that trolling? And who cares if he's a Maryland fan? I like him better because of that. I get tired of the hypersensitive myopic homers around here.

Some of you are too sensitive. Not everything is a shot at Kentucky.
You seem to be more sensitive than most about this.
Glad you get to argue.

Dude was on some lousy teams, but Jodie Meeks could fill it up.

And last time I checked, he played for the University of Kentucky not the University of Jodie Meeks.

I wouldn't say Meeks is the best but he did have the single greatest season for a SG in UK's history.

As a PG, I go with Dampier.....(He's the only one I have ever talked with....:sunglasses:..)
Just call him the best j shooter period.

P.S. players should prove themselves more than 1 or 2 years to be
considered all -timers at UK.:)
Louie was not the point on the runts.

Louie was not the point on the runts.

Dampier and Kron were always listed as G... LD did more shooting than Kron, he also handled the ball on the point. I personal witnessed some of those games. In 67 Argento moved into the line up and played some point'
In 66 Kron played the point on the 1-3-1- d.
