"That's the Baddest Mother*@%!#& in This Building"

Barrett is the best amateur player in the world right now, if he was to play this season in college he would average 20 a game easily. That's not taking anything away from reddish he is an elite level player and does a lot of things great, but Barrett abused team USA and one of the best defensive minded coaches in college basketball.. Turned around the very next day and done the same to Italy. The guy is another level..
We can agree to disagree. Barrett is a stud, but he's not better than Bagley, and I think he's probably about the same level as Reddish. It wouldn't surprise me at all if Barrett is ranked higher than Reddish once he reclassifies. But we're talking about a difference of a few (1 or 2) spots in the rankings.

The thing about size and athleticism compared to the guys he's playing against...appreciate his handle and control. He's dribbling through, around and past guys smaller and in at least some cases more mobile and quicker than him. Not always easy.

Salute to the talents of Zion, but Barrett right now is a "What have ya done lately?" kinda guy.
U19 2017 Worldcup Championship domination result is what is now for Barrett.

I would think there would be more talk on how the USA team couldn't shut him down (Canada-stuns-USA-behind-RJ-Barretts-38-points-...)
We are talking a SF. Is he Givens like? This guy deserves some hype but it is not here on Rafters.
Is there something bad on this guy?

I want this guy as a UK WildCat. Why not?

Not sure how you can put Barrett and Reddish on the same level when they just played against each other and Barrett went for 38/13/5 compared to 7/5/1 for Reddish. In a game Barrett's team won. You can also look at the EYBL. Reddish was very good, but Barrett was dominant.

Other elite players don't seem able to guard Barrett. There's a lot to be said for that. And with what's going on in the NBA, I'm not so certain that Bagley is a better long-term prospect. The best teams in the NBA right now are the ones that have guys who can create offense, and that's always going to be more difficult for a (near) 7 footer.

Right now it's:

1. Bagley
2. Barrett
3. Williamson
4. Reddish
5. Bol
6. Langford

Those are the cream of the crop. The rest are a notch below, IMHO.
