Yes, but in his defense, there's always an alpha like Jones that is harder to maintain in the group. Without Jones becoming a team guy, which he did, we wouldn't have won the title. I really feel if you take one of the six off of UK in '12, we don't win it.
I looked at Jones sort of like Rafael the ninja turtle. Hard to contain, a total badass, but somene you want on your side.
