I agree 100% with you … I hate both TENN and OSU more than any other programs, even more than Louisville. I really want to beat TENN twice in basketball this season !!

The Vols are a black box right now in terms of basketball.

They could be good. They COULD be world beaters.

And they probably are not extremely atrocious because they kook pretty good.

But the Vols have ZERO wins over anyone who is even in the top 25 right now.

They just don’t have the resume to legitimately even be in most of the conversations they are in right now. In terms of serious D1 basketball at the highest levels, there is a very significant chance they could be an awful lot worse than teams ranked well below them right now. Time will tell.

I definitely agree. I just don’t think it adds up to UT being a clear title contender at this point. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ Maybe they are. They are ahead of us in more than one metric that the selection committee uses. I just can’t think that their best win is Baylor or Illinois and also take them seriously as a juggernaut.
