This really surprised me. KU has won...

* Five straight vs UNC
* Six of eight vs UK
* Four of five against Duke

I still think of them as the team that can't win in the Elite Eight, so I didn't see this coming. But I think four of those five against UNC came in March and one of those against Duke came in the Elite Eight recently.

We still own them historically, 24-12 and 2-0 in March.

Kansas leads the world -- I'm including Premier League soccer and the NFL -- in players involved in battering or sexually abusing women -- Sherron Collins, Josh Jackson, LaGerald Vick, Carlton Bragg, Arterio Morris, Silvio DeSousa, the three unnamed players linked to the rape of a 16-year-old in the players' dorm...I'm sure I'm missing a few.

That's Bill Self's legacy, along with being a cheater forced to forfeit games, and a confirmed by the NCAA liar.

By the way, it's kind of weird to start your list right after a three game Kentucky win streak over Kansas. "Six of Eight?" Well, six of 11 since Calipari's era began, including the one that mattered, the National Championship, and the two most humiliating outcomes -- the 32 point beat down in 2014 and the 20-point blowout in Helms Banner arena. And of course historically Kentucky has owned Kansas (as you noted.)

Getting to the ft line in the 2nd half almost every possession in tight games always helps. It's amazing the whistle they get in those situations. That said, I think they are seriously overrated this year. Wouldn't mind getting them in the tourney for a chance to get to the Final 4.

I think we tend to look down on them because, for a lot of us old enough to remember, we were 16-1 against them all-time as of 1984. Then you add in all the early exits in March. Then the 2012 final.

This is awesome.

Why can't people just say they were surprised as well? Five straight against Carolina? Four in March? The four of five against Duke really surprised me.

I honestly thought of them as a notch below "the Big 3".
Oh yes, and I was surprised as well.

You're welcome
