The season isn't over yet, but man this game showed we just don't have the fire power without our lead guards. We don't have the defense to get enough stops and didn't make the plays for the 50/50s enough. The refs hurt. They didn't lose us the game but it definitely wasn't helping.

Perry battled his ass off. Played well on offense and did well on defense when the team was set. Really hate that him, Noah and Chandler were forced into some tough positions that they just aren't ready for yet. I'm hoping they stick around and develop here. They all show flashes that they can compete just need to get stronger and make better decision sometimes.

Carr/Amari: I'm going to miss those guys. I hate we are likely to waste one of the best front court tandem in probably a decade. Carr was surprisingly physical this year didn't expect that coming into the season. His injury really hurt us. Amari is an absolute diamond in the rough find by Pope. I don't think anyone expected the offense to be lead by a 7'0 point guard for a third of the season. Dude is special and he'll find somewhere to keep playing.

Brea/Jaxson
Those two never saw a shot they didn't like. I don't trust many things more than a Koby Brea stepback 3. Hate that Jaxson really started finding his groove and got injured. Kid can fill it up at all 3 levels.

Lamont/Kerr
His injury destroyed our defense. Combined with Jaxson and Kerr being out just lost the best defender at the point of attack. We aren't going to the second weekend without him so I hope he can be atleast 80%. Really miss Kerr out there. Kid is an absolute sociopath in the best way possible. He deserved his March run.

Ansley/Garrison
Both have shined in big moments and both have had some bad games. I hope Brandon sticks it out because I think he can grow into a really good player. With the Juco rule Ansley would be eligible for another year I believe. I'd take that kid in a heartbeat. He was supposed to be our 10th or 11th man and never complained and played his role the best he could.

All in all. It's been a fun, frustrating and surprising season. I really believe in Pope. Having the offense we've had with the injuries is nothing short of incredible. Juries out right now on defense. When healthy the team was fairly good. They were top 50 defense and top 10 offense before conference play started. Hopefully we can go on a fun run and get to see this team a few more times.
