If you count 2017 and 2019 as irrelevant seasons then a lot of the prior 50 seasons to cal were irrelevant.

That means UK was irrelevant from 99 to 2011 as well if you only judge relevant seasons as final four seasons. We were irrelevant almost all the 80s and only relevant one season n the 60s and 2 in the 70s as well using that logic.
