There can't be any questions about Kentucky's financial commitment to football after the latest round of hirings and pay increases. Mitch Barnhart is doubling down on Mark Stoops and giving him what he thinks Stoops needs to succeed.

This is the staff Stoops wants. Time will tell if it's successful but there are reasons for a person, and for Stoops himself, to be optimistic.
