What I have been told so far (and this is consistent with what the very reputable Warchant.com is reporting here on Rivals.com) is Florida State is definitely going to be interested in Mark Stoops.
They (Warchant) are calling Stoops a leading candidate along with Minnesota head coach PJ Fleck and UL-Lafayette head coach Billy Napier.
That Stoops is in this top group tells you how serious this is likely to be. That does not mean he is a top three choice. Those are just the names they have confirmed. What I have been told is that FSU is definitely interested. I would be very surprised if he did not listen with an open ear but no prediction on what he would do if the offer came his way at this point as I have heard nothing about that.
