Stoops comments will be interesting

I assume he'll address a lot of things in the very near future. The bar fight, loss of recruits, possibly a few other things. I still think he can take UK football to another level but he's still a rookie head coach and UK football has seen nothing but bad things happen since he got his huge raise. I believe that's when we went on our six game losing streak ? Also, Marrow has been great but he flirted with the Michigan job (and I don't blame him) but stayed with UK after he got a nice raise as well. Since that happened recruiting has been less than stellar to put it mildly. Hope all of this is just unfortunate timing but we are trending in a really bad way right now and I'm not sure UK football has enough tradition to fix all of this at this point. Seems like Stoops would be all over these things trying to do some damage control. Hopefully we hear from him very soon.

I would be very disappointed if the coaching staff isn't working on damage control 24/7. This all happening a week before national signing day is truly disturbing to me.

Things can certainly change quick in the college recruiting game. Only a few weeks ago we were thinking we might have a chance at a class in the teens. Now that has most likely changed to the 40s or 50s and we seem in danger of losing some top recruits from last years recruited class.
