Stewart Mandel predicts UK continues improving, goes 7-5 in 2015

Strangely the CFB analyst thinks we do it going 4-4 in the SEC, so 3-1 nonconference. Have a hard time seeing us as good enough to win 4 SEC games but lose to presumably UL. So personally I've been predicting us to go 7-5 (3-5).

I can see Kentucky winning at home against Florida and beating Mississippi State, Vanderbilt and South Carolina

If we are 4-4 in SEC we will go 8-4 because we will not get beat this year by UL.

I feel confident we can go 4-4 in the SEC. Florida, Mizzou, Vandy, and Miss. St. are all very winnable games imo.

I'll say we go 7-5 and too close to pick the other 2 conference wins but Vandys a win and UoF and Mizzu likely, gotta win all 4 ooc games. If this team stayes healthy and builds momentum, CWS will be a hard place to win at for opposing teams. Who knows what could happen but I'm ready to for it!

if we beat scar on the road then there is no reason we cant beat missou week 4. missou gets better as the year goes on and i think we catch them before they hit their stride week 6 or so. got to think scar will be a better team talent wise and the only question is coaching on the D side of the ball. hell, missou only beat us by 10 last year and we played about as bad as we did against uga... so that tells you how far those 2 teams truly are apart talent wise.

I think it is going to be very difficult to beat Spurrier on the road this year. He is still very bitter about the game last year and will have his team motivated.

I can "see" UK going 7-5 but think 6-6 is a bit more likely. Cards will have to take care of business when favored and pull off a couple of upsets to win 9 again this year. 8 wins more likely. JMO.

We will upset one team between Auburn Tennessee or Missouri. So that is one Vandy is number too and either two of three between South Carolina Mississippi state and Florida. Best case scenario. But it all depends on if we can keep the games close thru halftime. Often we are buried by then. We should be able to have the depth to go thru the season without being gassed.

When you look at UK from the outside, 3 teams have a big talent overall talent edge4 have a slight talent edge, 1 is pretty even and UK has a big talent edge over 4. Depth will be an issue early, many if not most of it will be playing their first season, it will be a big adjustment from practice. Going into WB stadium and playing is a tough task, extremely hot and loud. Last year SOS had a poor year, he oberlooked ANd offense and spent the summer preparing for pro style offense, he does it every year, but we play him later this year so it might be different. They play a P5 team in their opener which will let them know a little more about themself. UK goes 2-1 and Carolina is the 1

Did you watch the ACC last year? IT SUCKED and will SUCK this year. One of the biggest frauds in college football history was able to go undefeated in it despite being an overrated/flawed team. That said, I doubt UL wins that weak conference as they lost a lot to the draft. I'd assume the Criminole War Chant will sound again and win the division, or maybe Clemson...GA Tech and VA Tech should be candidates to meet them in the title game.

That UofL game is so important this year, even if we end up bowl eligible but lose to them it would almost take a lot of the joy out of being bowl bound if we lose 5 straight to those thugs..we just have to beat them this year, we have to no matter what it takes.. That game is going to be a war this year, but we need the game more than them and will find a way

Mizzou outcoaches us every time. Stoops is not in the same league as Pinkel yet. Pinkel's defensive line coaching is the best in the country.
