We need to run offense with the express purpose of getting Murray and Ulis open looks for 3. Not transition threes, not off of offensive rebounds, run actual plays. It will get them going early and hopefully would be contagious with for the rest of the team. If everyone played us man to man we would kill them, so obviously that's not going to happen. We need to embrace this packed in zone we're going to see for the rest of the year.

I like to steer away from them.
Nothing makes me feel like a macho, macho man like doing doughnuts.

I like the idea of running multiple screens to get Murray and Ulis free for some shots but, Cal doesn't do that. His approach is very basic and relies on the talent of the individual players to get good looks. I know most of college basketball runs that high screen at the top of the key but, then most teams just have a player help with a hard hedge and it gets blown up pretty quickly. Really miss the motion offense.

Cal has certainly adjusted many times, it's time to do it again.
