Beating UK isn’t special anymore. About anyone can do it.

21-10 another 6 seed and a first weekend exit again
We ran poor Tubby off who never let the program fall this far.
I didn't want him to go but he was better off. He's a good man with a good family and the pressure was too much for him. It gets every coach sooner or later. Even those that think they are god.
Tubby never had anywhere close to the 9-16 season that Coach Cal had and he had half the talent Coach Cal has had. Also Coach Cal missed what 3 NCAA Tourneys to Tubby's ZERO missed NCAA Tourneys. And they have the same number of NCAA Championships.
I know all that, that's why I placed the greater than towards Tubby, last 10 years not even close...
Tubby wouldn't recruit and Cal can't coach worth a dime pretty well sums it up.
It appears that includes his players. It's like the nagging mom that rags on you about everything but you never get punished. Soon enough you just tune her out.
Stop!! Cal is a BAD bench coach, but this is NO WAY as bad as Tubby. We regularly had 20-25 points at halftime and if we got to 60 points it was almost a celebration.
Now, Tubby as a person is/was MUCH better to stomach than Cal, but don't go revisionist. No way this is as bad as Tubbys last few years.
That being said... Ive been done (indifferent) with Cal since loss to Wisconsin. Truly feel that's when things started going down hill.
