Looking around at the boards and the tweets, we all think some kind of staff changes are going to be made. With that said, here is a list of guys I think should be on the radar and reason why.
I will go on record and say that with the right O-line, Dawson's scheme is fine, as long as he adjust to his O-line. I think we have an effort problem with some of our guys, maybe even position groups.
To me the most important guy to hire because this group was the biggest disappointment to me, is Craig Yeast. He's coaching, son is committed, and he is a UK Legend. Still young, fiery, and has the resume. This group underperformed all year, and I think could be a bigger disappointment than the O-line.
If I hear Jared Lorenzen as a coach one more time I will just throw up. This guy is a joke to himself for the obvious reasons. If we need a QB coach, first guy I call is Couch.
Time to get Mike Summers back to Kentucky, UofL is proving the retread works.
Stoops, I am sure, understands that while the seat ma not be hot from the administrations point of view, it is from the Fan's, recruits, and boosters. Hopefully he knows that the right decision needs to be made now, and ensure he has coordinators that will give him the best scheme to put the team in a position to complete and win. No bowl game will have him coaching for Pelini at Youngstown in 17.
