Spectrum/Disney/ESPN - Suck for doing this

The problem with cancelling Spectrum is that they also provide the internet service. When I called to cancel today they said that my internet is going to go up to 80 bucks from the 39 bucks I am paying right now. They will screw ya coming and going.

So? How much is your bill going down by losing the TV portion?

If Spectrum is the only game in town where you live, then you might be hosed. But ATT offers 300 Mbps $55/month, 500 Mbps $65/month, 1 Gbps $80/month.

Not much at all once I add YouTube Tv. 75 plus 80 is 155. I was paying 160 before all this mess started.

Got access to a Hulu account. Problem possibly solved.

EDIT: We pay $287/mo for everything, including HBO, Showtime, etc.

So craziness prevailed.

1. Hulu account through step-daughter is not Hulu + Live.

2. Subscribed to ESPN+ for one year last Friday. $107 total until 09/08/24.

3. Found out EKU-UK game yesterday nevertheless available on step-daughter's Hulu account.

4. Wife wanted to watch Longhorns vs Bama. $207 for Sling TV Orange until 02/09/24.

* sigh *. Disney can kiss my GD ass. Eff them.

With YouTube TV, you had access to the game, though. Just needed to use the ESPN app to watch it.

It gonna hit the fan tomorrow night with Charter/Spectrum and Disney when you can’t get the Buffalo Bills at New York Jets with Aaron Rodgers first game as a Jet on ESPN Monday Night Football ..

But I have YouTubeTV since 2019 and havent looked back
