Owning only wins over Furman and Miss. State at home, the Cocks hit the road to Mizzou and aTm, then finish with 4 successive home games. If they cannot knock off either ranked road opponent, they’ll need a sweep of the final 4, including us and Clemson to get to 6-6.

Likelier they finish 4-8 or 5-7.

I think the slide started with SOS still there, never understood why they hired Muschamp, but they did and he is where the program bottomed out, imo. Beamer had a reputation as being a lazy coach, Kirby told him to find him something during his only se at UGA. he was hired because a handful of former player were in his corner and the Carolina AD took the easy route. He coached the 22 season with a horseshoe in his pocket by beating UT when team was torn, UK with a QB out and CU when they were in middle of QB controversy otherwise they were a 5 win team in 22. Now he and his coaches are calling perfect calls the players just aren't doing calls. And now on top of that he pitches his little tantrum and breaks his foot.

I might be wrong, but I think we probably made Mizzou look better than they actually are. We have not played very good this season outside of the Florida game. We were able to run it all day against them and never had to show them a balanced offense. Who knows how good Mizzou is? Their best wins coming into our games was probably Kansas State and Vandy. They might compete with Mizzou.
