I don’t know if this means anything but Somto has deleted the picture on his Instagram from his Kentucky visit. Could mean nothing though.

Wouldn’t mind picking up Jordan Brown instead. But I do really like Somto. Especially if he stayed 2 years.
Guess if it actually means anything it would probably be related to Mitchell.

I don’t know. I heard that Kentucky was seriously interested in him if he hit the portal, and I heard it went both ways. Then everything just went quiet on him. I will probably talk to My friend who may know something in couple days. I’ll see if he knows anything.
Well my friend is deeply connected to the Memphis program, so if this is the case, he will know for sure.

It’s minutes. We have 80 at the 4/5 spots. Divide that 3 ways you get 27 each, divide it 4 ways you only get 20 each. And Somto is likely getting less than the average in either scenario.

Only guy on the roster now playing center is Ugo,Mitchell is not a center in any way and Bradshaw is hurt and won't play it anyway.

Sonto shouldn't be afraid of Ugonna. My fear is Ugonna gonna get pushed around a lot.
It will be fine until one gets injured or the one that is injured doesn’t come back or gets re-injured.
Then we have to rely on Thiero and/or Burks a lot more.
I guess it could be a good thing, since it will force Cal into playing a more modern style.
If Somto doesn't commit go after Jesse Edwards. He and Bradshaw would be serious rim protectors.

We only have 11 on scholly counting Canada. Mitchel makes 12 if he comes. So I doubt it. I doubt Cal uses all 13 and he could pull Canada's if that were the case as it's just a jester type scholly.

Will be interesting to see how calipari keeps all 4 happy when Bradshaw is 100%.

Don't know anything about this recruitment and direct you to the numerous people who have stated that. They are not going to think that is the case if it's not. When several people are hearing the same thing and don't communicate, that's often a sign of it being true.

If he is meeting with Academic groups on Monday for his grad classes, sounds kind of done deal to me. Official visit tomorrow, grad classes sign up Monday. Seems like he isn't leaving town once he gets here. Another player Calipari is holding hostage LOL
Bradshaw has not said he won’t play C. Wants to be a 4 and refuses to be a 5 sometimes are 2 completely different things. Plus he is expected back before season starts. And how hard is it for Cal to say we are playing with 2 4’s, no 5. Yeah one of them has to guard the bigger guy on the other team, which they should want to do because the NBA is full of big guys.
If Toppin can be our point-forward for a game, then a 6’9 225 can be our center.
