Some Good Friday night games involving top 25 teams

My son's dorm is about 500 yards from Mackey Arena, but he is not much of a college basketball fan, so he is not at this game. I so would have been there at his age, but that's why he is a better student than I ever was. Great atmosphere they have there. I told him he has to take me to a game there before he graduates.
I'm not a big live sports guy unless it's my team. Then, a big game, I'm going if I can. The rest? Too expensive, too many people, too much traffic. TV and bed are within 50 feet of one another. Too hard to pass up. lol

I will be interested to see how Pope keeps Bama out of the lane. I'm sure he will have something cooked up by the time we play them.

Can't we just have the announcers tell us what the refs are at the table for? We don't need to hear the ref telling us plays are being reviewed. They're not worthy of the air time.

Bama with some questionable late game decisions as far as game clock is concerned. Taking way too much time on offense and not fouling.

I see Bama got beat by Purdue. Been thinking Bama is probably the most overrated team in the country this year.

EDIT: I’ll add Kansas to that as well. I think both those teams are overrated.

Bama will be Bama. If they are on? They will be very hard to beat. If they aren't? Well, we see what will happen.

Bama at Purdue, Marquette at Maryland, Arizona at Wisconsin and UF/FSU.

Easter is a long way off

Purdue actually has more offensive talent than folks realize. Colvin and Cox are young but dynamic scorers. Their roster is probably just as good top to bottom as anyone else. Probably 20 teams have some decent depth. No real juggernaut at least as I see it now.
