Furthest thing from the truth. This Vandy team outcoached, out played, and has better players. Simple as that.
Baloney. Driving in the second quarter with game tied. Key fumbles. Chance from the half yard line. We come away empty. Penalties Penalties Penalties. We GAVE this game away.
And the SEC refs had their regular agenda against UK.

They are just pissed we ruined Ole Miss’s season.
No disrespect to Vandy, but we made way too many mistakes in a 7 point loss not to admit that we beat ourselves. Vandy, to their credit, did what they needed to do not to screw themselves out of taking the win, but just avoid some stupid penalties and convert on first and goal inside the two and this game has a different outcome.
Their QB is better. They do not have the overall better roster. Not even close
Time of possession. I can’t tell you how many missed tackles we had. One play, we had 6 blue jerseys around the Vandy player on third and 5 and they still picked it up. We had numerous opportunities to get possession and blew it.

I agree, we gave this game away. We should have scored on that very first drive, but an disciplined play by Key killed that drive. Then things just snowballed from there. Just so many stupid, unforced penalties.
I like others just don't understand how a team comes out so flat, this has always been a problem under Stoops. And not just after a bye week.
The biggest problem I have, is that I don't understand the 2 QB thing.
I just think it kills any confidence or momentum that we had.
Secondly why didn't Wilcox get more touches,
No offense to DSK, because I think he played well too.. I just don't think Hamden is the answer.
Lastly it has to wear on our defense , they go out and get a stop, but our offense just lays and egg.
We are at the 1 yard line and turn it over in downstairs, then we somehow mishandle 2 extra points snaps.

Worse tackling I have seen from a uk team in several years. Also Hamden is not the answer. Offense still poor. One pass to a tight end tonight. Key and Brown only wide receivers to catch a ball. Where was Maclin? Vandagriff has trouble seeing plays develop and is too indecisive. This is a very tough loss
Brock regressed tonight. His pocket presence and footwork are TERRIBLE. I didn't understand why we didn't run the ball more,if it works it doesn't need fixing. They never really stopped our run game all night. Hats off to Vandy, they simply played better

This is the second loss at home that we stunk the field up and should not have lost, baffling at best why we suck at home so bad.

I wasn't overly impressed with Vandy as much as I was under impressed with us. They didn't look like a team that could beat the #1 team (starting to think most of the SEC is overrated this year). Just like we didn't look like we could beat the #6 team.
We could have easily have won if Stoops had his team disciplined and he could manage a game worth a crap. Instead we looked totally inept out there.

I dont know if that is the right wording. To me what he is is a tremendous leader and his teammates will lay it all out there for him. That is what makes him special to me, he isnt big, fast, have an NFL arm, but just oozes leadership and his teammates like him.
Normal Stoops crap: 2 weeks to prepare and get healthy. For some reason he can do neither very well. I really think he is trying to be bad at this point as he wanted to be on other sidelines this year. Iowa needs to retire their coach and bring in the Stoops troops. He loves the big10 so much that he is trying to play it in the SEC.

The round-robin of upsets has me thinking that 13 SEC teams are fairly balanced, with Texas alone at the top, and Mississippi State and Auburn bringing up the rear.
Yep which is baffling why we give Georgia a hell of a game and two teams we should have beat we look like crap.
