Even though Cal has had some success, I imagine in a lot of ways he’s really tough to play for. His constant screaming on the sidelines has to be annoying as heck. I think if Cal leaves, then we might even have a better chance of Reed and some of the other guys staying, especially if the new hire is the right one.
