So how bad is LSU gonna drub UGA tonight?...

UGA's basketball situation is about like UK's situation in football, there are too many big rocks to climb over to get near the top. Basketball is somewhat easier cause you don't need as many difference makers to come in order to make a difference.
I think this is the thing many people who want Fox gone point to. They look at a Baylor with Scott Drew and say, "Baylor was never anything special before him, why can't we duplicate that?" Well, you can, if you're willing to possibly take sanctions down the road, something UGA has never seemed to venture toward.

JJ Frazier essentially single-handedly brought you back from a 12 point deficit with under a minute to go. Let him take the last shot. Things could spiral downward for us very quickly the rest of the way. Wouldn't shock me to see Fox's seat really heat up after this season.

Couldn't think of his name, but yes, that kid would have had the ball in his hands. There were 12.8 secs left and he never touched the ball and he's your point guard. Not Fox's fault there they had no timeouts, but the players on the floor have to know who had the hot hand. It would have been the ultimate comeback.

I would have lost my sh!t if we came back from that deficit in that period of time.

UGA has along way to go
See the thing is, we really don't. Fox has gotten us to a decently stable position. Either Fox needs to learn when to play zone and actually play his freshmen instead of Houston Kessler or Kenny Paul Geno, or he needs to get out. The pieces are already there to be a solid basketball program. We're not missing that much right now believe it or not. And trust me, this comes from someone who can be pretty darn critical of our program.

I think Fox needs to find a way to become a defensive minded coach. You need athletes and rim protectors but everything has to start with defense. It seems like we see the exact same UGA team every year. They never seem to do anything great, they just seem to be good at a lot of things.
