I find it hard to believe that Tai is as bad as Skal. I just don't believe it. If at a minimum Tai rebounds, that's a win. Please tell me what I am missing.

I was not aware he was an official red shirt, Last thing I heard him and Cal had not spoke of redshirting.

I understand that he is redshirting. Cal should have played him early on. We could really use him this season, probably more so than next even. I think he would be giving us similar effort to Humphries had he been given the minutes early on. Was hoping for it long ago but way too late now.

The problem is our starting PF Willis grabbed 1 rebound in 20 minutes of play and was beat consistently off the dribble.

I'd love to have seen Tai by now as well.

But we have no freaking idea how good he is or what he would give us.

Kid wants to RS, not his fault Skal just isnt going to get there in time, Lee will never get there, and Hump isnt old enough to drive yet.

I understand that. But he played in the Nike Hoop Summit. He was pretty highly regarded. I feel that like Humphries, he would set solid screens and rebound. With our guards that is really all we need.

I think they will be very tough the next few years with some added muscle and maturity.

Cal obviously didnt think was ready until about a week or so ago... and it seems he wants the rs.

After Skal, I really dont care how or who regarded anyone...
