Sisk says…

PG Lowe/Lewis/Perry
SG Yates/Johnson
SF Oweh/Chandler
PF Folgueiras/Noah/Williams
C Garrison/Moreno

We need another big, IMHO.

Noah is only 6’5 and Williams is 6’8, but skinny. Not sure either one can play the 4.
Williams is considered a guard

3/game from the 2 Guard spot isn't bad. And the kid weighs 220 lbs!!

He won't be pushed around.
This kid or Pierre to play alongside Lowe makes the Lowe pickup significantly better from an optics standpoint. Lowe’s biggest strength is court vision…put him alongside a true 3 level scoring guard and Oweh at the 3 as the slasher…. That’s a heck of a backcourt with JJ and Lewis backing it up

Im pretty sure that was about Braden Smith prior to Sisk verifying he was talking about Braden Smith. It has since been pretty well accepted that was a pipe dream.
I believe you’re right. If I wasn’t working I’d take a walk outside. Portal season is rough, man lol

This is classic BBN. Going from a random tweet to inserting into the lineup.

Hell we don’t even know that he is entering the portal. Then the next thing would be if there was any interest us.

The way things have been going so far this is quite a stretch.

And skinny, which is why I said we need another big.

But if we only add Folgueiras, Williams probably has to play some at the 4, being 6’8.

Robinson was 6’7, 190-ish and played some 4 for Pope at BYU, and he was listed as a guard.

Williams playing the 4 some isn’t ideal, but it isn’t out of the question.

Just talking possibilities. You might want to just avoid this place until the season starts, if you don’t like talking about possibilities.

It’s what we do here in the offseason.

Mgbako may be a totally different player under another coach. Woodson obviously wasn’t a good coach. I keep seeing people say that they don’t want him, but he might do really well for Pope and his coaching style.

Hey Woodrow if we can add mgbako I'd be estatic. Alot on here don't like Perry either they are giving up on him I got a feeling they will be eating crow next year . Travis Perry is a big time prolific scorer .

I think some people have forgotten what it’s like to have players that stay 3-4 years like Perry will most likely. Every year he will improve and hopefully with his work ethic and gaining experience, he will be a really good player for us by the time he’s an upperclassman.

I’d sctually like to play 4 guards and a Big a lot of the time. Give me guards who like to rebound and I’m good playing small ball
I agree, guard play is king in CBB. Getting a Yates/Pierre would be HUGE for us next year. But we still need a big or two, though. Preferably ones that can stretch the floor and rebound.

Agreed. I also don't see JJ coming off the bench, though. With JJ being the best recruit Pope has ever got, wouldn't look good if that's the case, especially with other future recruits. I would think Pope would give him ample opportunities, but again, who knows at this point.
