Should College Coaches Have a Red Flag To Demand an Official Review of a Blown Call?

No. But they should ask the clock keeper for help like a plate ump asks the first or third base ump for help and be reprimand if they screw up.

I've thought about this before, and actually don't think its a terrible idea. Not really sure how it'd work or anything, I just like the idea.

Well just think of the play stops it will cause. Could give ur team rest or theirs and give coaches time to take a timeout if they don't have any.
Could you throw a flag if the ref blows a whistle for a foul that wasn't their (ala Darius Miller foul on UConn) or throw your flag if the refs swallow their whistle (ala most every team we play) would love nothing more than good clean play. But I'm sure the flow of the game would be compromised. I do think we could get a few more wins and titles from this rule.

I'm all for it. Give both coaches like 1 challenge per half and have it count as a timeout. Only allow it to be used for things like shot clock violations, possessions when the ball goes out of bounds, and maybe correcting foul calls on the wrong person and time clock errors. I don't think it would work well if you used it for overturning fouls or trying to change things like charges to blocks.
