Stoops is a Big 10 grind it out coach. He kind of let Coen do his thing, but the rest of them have been handcuffed. It's like he wants an explosive offense, but come game time it goes to trying to milk clock to help the defense. Offensive coordinators here always end up being better before and after they leave..
