I thought he was selling windows and doors after he left UK or was it Aflac Insurance..
I'm guessing the former. He's used to selling in the living room... wait. Did he do much selling for us?
Whatever he is or isn’t he found a way to beat us in yr 4.
Well he was reading our play-calls since we decided not to change our play-call signs. I'm sure that helped.
I love Stoops, but he has some clueless moments.
Yeah I hear ya. I’m not anti stoops and he’s done many good things at uk but there have been many inexplicable things over the years.
And sometimes it is difficult for me to tell how much progress is due to him and how much is that it’s the best window of time to be a coach at uk there has ever been. They actually are putting money into it, have competitive facilities, and not only is Ohio to the north but now Tennessee to the south is producing just as many players as Ohio even though the population is significantly less. It allows an expanded ‘home base’ for recruiting since Kentucky has so few high level players itself.
Wait what?!? So we used the exact same signals that we used when Dawson was here to signal the exact same thing that it did when Dawson was here while competing with Dawson on the other teams sideline and went into that game thinking that was a great idea? 😂😂
Yeap. Took him a quarter or two to pick up on it. Probably why we got raped in the 2nd half.
We was boat racing them in 1st half what was it 30-10 then Dawson comes to the realization that we are complete idiots and they proceed to shut down everything in 2nd half and come back to win because litterally could not move the ball.
And obviously if the D knows exactly what we are going to do it’s a absurd advantage. N
they knew where we were before getting there. You can’t compete like that unless you’re just Uber talented, and at that time KY was a long long way from Uber talented
