Im not upset at this. I don't love trying to beat a team a 3rd time.. but i think thats the best 2 seed we could have.

Yep. We don't matchup well, and they have one of arguably the best players in the country. If he goes off, they are dangerous.
Imagine a 100% healthy UK with that bracket!
So we go to the ncaa tournament and would potentially have to play our second and third games against the SEC? Why? This is so damn boring.
Not easy but by no means did we get hosed. Gotta win tough games to advance and we for sure have a winnable path to the S16 and E8. Let's go out and make some noise boys!

This is the kind of bracket I would get excited about and Cal would find a way to flop in. About as favorable as we can ask for really.

They can score with the best of them though and it’s not like we play monster defense being so hurt.

Damn we got burned with Tennessee. We all know what happens when we try and beat another SEC team for a 3rd time in the tournament 😔
I kinda agree but when 13 or 14 get in its kinda hard to avoid repeat matchups

I agree, don’t like that we have to beat them a third time is all. I’d rather have them than Alabama or Michigan State
Agree. I like the draw to the S16. Then if we make it and get UT in the S16, we match up very well with them if Butler plays.
Either way, anything beyond the the first weekend is gravy.
A 3 seed in Pope's first year is phenomenal.
They have a big fan base though.
