SEC East - concerns vs optimism

Trying to validate an optimistic view of UK football for the next 3 years. We are recruiting as high as ever, new facilities, and ......??? Thats really all I can come up with.

Things that concern me:
1. 3 new coaches at programs who recently have shown they can win the east that we have beaten.
2. Georgia may be top 3 job in nation. If they get Herman from Houston, East is in trouble.
3. Trajectory for Tennessee and Florida going up, we are going opposite direction.
4. Mark Stoops has only beaten 2 teams who finished season over .500. South Carolina (7-6) last year and Alabama State (8-4) in 2013. Alabama State is a FCS school.
5. Lack of accountablily by players and some coaches
6. Lack of leadership on the field
7. No clear vision of who we are as a football team, especially on offense.

I am sure there are some that disagree with some of this and others who have more to add. With all the coaching changes in east and others who are gaining momentum that were previously down, I see the East as only getting better, except us and maybe Vanderbilt.
