They are being tested because USC has a grown ass man in the paint that Auburn can't stop.
Kentucky doesn't have to worry about one of its bigs coming down on someone's foot because you have to jump to do that.
If it was one of Cal's, it would be the rest of the season. Lol

Auburn guards will have to play for Broome too. The ankle roll was nasty. Feel bad for young fellow. Broome has so much game, the way he landed from side jump on a teammate foot looked terrible. I wonder if has more than just a sprain. Could be fracture the way he is grabbing the ankle.
Couldn't put any weight on that left foot being helped off the floor.
I think the only team Kentucky plays that doesn’t have a dominant big or is extremely physical is LSU, everybody has one, the other, or both
If Kentucky had just one of USC's bigs, Kentucky would be a serious contender for another NC.

Unfortunately, Garrison is the only player we have who can be developed into one of those players. However, I think Pope is trying to give Williams the minutes promised which is hurting the team and Garrison's growth.
At this point, it doesn't matter who is number one, because you won't be there for very long.
Terrible job allowing the 95% FT shooter to get the inbounds pass. Teams just suck at that kind of stuff. Force someone else to hit the FT's.
SC they are 0-3… this speaks volume how tough SEC is this year. They won 7 in a row before the Sec started including wins over 3 acc teams : vt, bc, Clemson.
Brutal loss for USC. They didn’t score a single point in the last 5:30 of the game
Espn will claim the SEC won almost 90% of their games out of conference but have fallen off to 50% during conference play. Duke will skyrocket to number one because the SEC is only 50% now. A tremendous drop off.
It's like less than a percent difference on win probability. Either way, it doesn't make nearly the difference everyone thinks it does. Executing whatever strategy you use is the important thing.
I’m not sure they even attempted a quality shot during that stretch. Some of that is a credit to Auburn’s defense, but those stall ball sets they kept running were pretty rough to watch too. I was really hoping for an Auburn loss to help us keep pace with them in the conference race.
Texas Tech choked in both regulation missing 2 FT's in the final 20 seconds and choked in OT was up 1 and blew it and then down 1 missed a 6 foot runner at the buzzer.
