Idk how that’s not a offensive foul on Louisville, smith clearly shoved the EKU guyUL dodges a bullet, wins 78-76.

I agree, but Refs are reluctant to blow the whistle inside a few seconds. Also, as already pointed out, a little bit of home cooking.Idk how that’s not a offensive foul on Louisville, smith clearly shoved the EKU guy
EKU also had a terrible last possession, they stood and dribbled for 25 seconds and then threw up a contested 10 footerI agree, but Refs are reluctant to blow the whistle inside a few seconds. Also, as already pointed out, a little bit of home cooking.
A side effect of not calling charging is that the EKU defender was on his ass and left the baseline open.
They got lucky they didn’t call that offensive foul/travel at the end of the game. Memphis whopped ole Miss.UL dodges a bullet, wins 78-76.
They haven’t been getting handed, just in competitive games like most games out there. That Gonzaga win not looking impressive by the week. A lot of game left now, but seems they been getting handled somewhat by everyone played. Unless of course we broke them lol
That was so odd for a senior. He shot that beyond half court with 4 seconds left in the game. Very odd.It looked like Nemhard almost shaving points at the end of that game. He missed a FT so bad it almost didn’t hit rim to tie the game, then shoots the game tying shot from beyond half court when he had a wide open run to the line with 5 seconds on the clock.
I’m glad I wasn’t the only one that was like WTF was that? He just got done talking to Few before the FT too. That was so odd for a senior. He shot that beyond half court with 4 seconds left in the game. Very odd.
Definitely choked on that. 86 percent shooter and missed that badly. Had not shot one the entire game though.Nemhbard looking like he was throwing the game. That was awful looking free throw.
That’s what I said above, it looked like he lost that game on purpose. That FT and his shot at the end was dumb as hell. I’ve never seen anyone do that with that much time left on the clock.Definitely choked on that. 86 percent shooter and missed that badly. Had not shot one the entire game though.
He probably could have gotten closer for that last shot and still got it off before getting fouled. He just lost his composure. Still think the refs changed the game not reviewing that and one for Ucla. That’s what I said above, it looked like he lost that game on purpose. That FT and his shot at the end was dumb as hell. They’ve been down big last two games but have come back to make it competitiveThey haven’t been getting handed, just in competitive games like most games out there.
They should have won, up 60-58 and UCLA had a clear charge they didn’t call and they scored and got a foul. They’ve been down big last two games but have come back to make it competitive
He double dribbled for sure, I’ve watched the replay about 25 times now, he 100 percent double dribblesThey got lucky they didn’t call that offensive foul/travel at the end of the game. Memphis whopped ole Miss.
Also the layup that gave UCLA the late lead is what’s wrong with basketball right now on all levels. Offensive player clearly leaps into a defensive player with guarding position and gets rewarded with an and-one. Should have at best been an offensive foul and at worst a no-call. Offensive players allowed to get away with murder these days. They should have won, up 60-58 and UCLA had a clear charge they didn’t call and they scored and got a foul.
Told my brother it looked like he was trying to supplement that NIL package....It looked like Nemhard almost shaving points at the end of that game. He missed a FT so bad it almost didn’t hit rim to tie the game, then shoots the game tying shot from beyond half court when he had a wide open run to the line with 5 seconds on the clock.
Nah, looked like a guy who got tight. Short-rimming very common when nervous, as body naturally tenses in those situations. If he shot it long, you may have a point.Told my brother it looked like he was trying to supplement that NIL package....
Why would he take a terrible shot at the end of the game? He has been coached in this scenario many times I’m sure. He heaves a 3 from over half court with plenty of time to pass to the 3 point line or run there himself?Nah, looked like a guy who got tight. Yeah, that doesn't help our schedule either. Zaga has gone from looking really good to "wtf is going on there?"That was crazy. 5 seconds left, pass it in, get it right back and take one dribble and hoist up a long shot. He had 2 and a half seconds left. If I were Few I'd be furious.
Again, that hurts us since we gave up so many points to them. We need to come out an torch Brown by about 30-40. Anything less is gonna be not great.Louisville showed EKU who's boss, beating them by two bigguns
Gonzaga is now 9-4. Not sure how great our win over them is going to end up looking.
I was speaking more to the half court heave w/ 3/4 seconds leftNah, looked like a guy who got tight. Short-rimming very common when nervous, as body naturally tenses in those situations. If he shot it long, you may have a point.
